Equatemp® Molding Machine Nozzles
The patented Equatemp® internally heated Molding Machine nozzles provide high performance, precise temperature control and resist burning out. A key feature includes use of ceramic-insulated resistance wire compacted to ensure the highest possible heat transfer rate, resulting in a longer heater service life. The temperature of the material is perfectly controlled because the thermocouple is placed at the tip and not at the rear end of the nozzle. The nozzle body is made from heat treated H-13 tool steel for optimum durability.

General Type – GT
- Designed to suit the specific characteristics of (PS) Polystyrene, (PE) Polyethylene, and (PP) Polypropylene families
Full Taper – FT
- Designed to suit the specific characteristics of ABS, (PMMA) Acrylic, and Polysulfone families
Nylon Type – NT
- Designed to suit the specific characteristics of Nylon and Acetal families
