Melt Design, Inc. has an opening in Sales & Marketing. This key position is responsible for managing existing accounts and soliciting new accounts. The right individual must have great communication skills and a proven sales record.


    • Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts
    • Maintain and build customer relationships, calling and following up with prospects and existing customers
    • Prepare sales plan to grow the company and maintain new customers
    • Maintain communication with management regarding progress
    • Create a customer database and maintain accurate customer records
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-6 years’ experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the Hot Runner/plastics industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Effective customer relations skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
