It is offered in system components or completely assembled, prewired tested and ready-to-bolt-on system.

Its unique features offer the following unmatched benefits:

• MDi manifolds are uniquely balanced in that in addition to uniform flow channel distance balancing, MDi flow channels are also balanced to MATERIAL flow characteristics
  
  
• One piece solid manifold that only requires one control module to operate
  
  
• Open pipeline flow channels to insure same flow conditions for all manifold exit ports
  
  
• Reflector plates on both sides reduce heat radiation
  
  
• Easy clean up or color changes by simply purging an open mold
  
  
• Constructed from hardened tool steel for better heat response.
  
  
• Replaceable heating elements on both sides reduce mold downtime and maintenance costs
  
  
• Existing conventional molds can easily be converted to hot runner molds
